Brlit Dental Lab, Inc., is a full service dental laboratory providing services in crown and bridge, implants, full contour Zirconia and E-max, dentures, partials and repairs.

e.max® Full Mouth Restoration

IPS e.max® delivers metal free strength and esthetics that utilizes Pressable and CAD/CAM technologies.

IPS e.max® lets you select from multiple framework materials giving you the versatility you want while always veneering with the same ceramic and the simplicity you need.

Porcelain Metal Restoration

We our proud to still use porcelain metal restoration (PFM), as many laboratories no longer provide this option. We use from non-precious metal to the highest content of gold metal, based on client needs and doctor specifications. The entire substructure is designed by computer and cast with the newest technology.

Partial Crown & Bridge Restoration

We do many combination cases with crowns and partials, including precision attachments.

Layered Porcelain with Zirconia Substructure

All Zirconia substructures are scanned and milled in the laboratory and then layered with porcelain, providing the highest esthetics and strengths of the Zirconia material. We can provide full Zirconia acclusion with cutback for facial porcelain to provide the strength and esthetics required.

Full BruxZir Crown

BruxZir® Solid Zirconia is a monolithic solid zirconia restoration with no porcelain overlay. The esthetics of BruxZir will impress when used instead of posterior metal occlusal PFMs and full-cast metal restorations. Virtually chip proof, it is the ideal restoration for bruxers, implant restorations and areas with limited occlusal space.

BruxZir Solid Zirconia crowns & bridges are made from the highest quality zirconia powder. Designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology, BruxZir is sintered for 6.5 hours at 1,530 degrees Celsius. The final BruxZir restoration is nearly chip proof with a smooth surface glaze.

The newest technology allows us to mill crowns with multi-layer Zirconia, which provides incisal and body.

Study Wax-up

We provide high-quality study wax-ups for all types of restorations, including all temporary bridges with the newest materials available on the market.

Full Denture

We provide a full spectrum of Full Denture options, from an economy solution to full premium choices. We use the highest quality materials and highly-skilled technicians with decades of experience to create the solution that is optimal for your patients and their needs. We also provide repair and reline services with a one-day turnaround.
